One of the most important questions we should be asking ourselves is "What is bing used on my feet?" and "How is that being cleaned?"
We love our spas and our nail techs... But.... Are they following best practice guidelines for foot care tools?
Have you ever been soaking in your comfy massage chair, while soaking your feet in a tub that has just sprayed in between clients and your now sharing whatever was in the tubes of that system. Not Fun and scary fo...Read Full Post »

Not just a great looking sandal! But a comfortable one. I love them. I already have 3 of the styles. It is true you pay for what you get. Biotime sandals arent overly expensive( 50.00-110.00), but they are not your dime store sandal either. As foot professional we have to look at the sole of a shoe. ASK YOURSELF??? Does this actually support my foot? This is the time of year I cringe looking at the cheap sandals peope are wea...Read Full Post »

Such an exciting time visiting Toronto!
I was welcomed into the office of Jonathan aka "The Toe Bro"
He is a top Chiropodist in Canda and also created a very successful UTUBE channel, viewed by almost 90 million viewers.
His office was so warm and welcoming. He was in the middle of filming for his new show coming out on the A&E network. He was a great foot specialist to speak with and pass back and forth ideas and enjoy the connection.
He has his own line of f...Read Full Post »
